In addition to the above "special services", we also perform all of the normal CPA functions, such as:

Tax consulting, planning and preparation (forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041), as well as Florida intangible returns and all out of state returns.

Instruct you and/or your personnel to properly record your transactions.

Do the recording for you if you so desire.

Prepare payroll returns (both federal and state)

Represent you before the various taxing authorities.
Our billings are at modest rates, based upon time spent and type of service performed.
