NEW LOCATION (General Meeting)
Two days—Two Topics Presented by: This month we have a unique opportunity, brought to you through a special variation on our meeting schedule. Our "First Tuesday" General Meeting will be moved to a new location this month and will be followed the next day by an extended session of our "Second Wednesday Luncheon. These two meetings will form a "combined/extended meeting" to provide us the opportunity to hear about two very important topics:
Getting Money For Your Deals & Our speakers this month will take the mystery out of these topics and show us how we can do more deals and bring our business into the 21st century by creating an online presence, easily. Q: What if I can't make both meetings? A: We encourage you to make it to both meetings. However, we realize that schedules do not permit everyone to attend both. If you cannot attend the luncheon, you will miss the in-depth presentation on web sites, but the general meeting will still provide an introduction for you to benefit from. If you attend the luncheon but are unable to join us at the general meeting, you will miss the money presentation (although you could still benefit from the Money Q&A follow-up from the previous night's session). You will also benefit from the web site presentation, even if you miss Tuesday's meeting. For full benefit, we recommend both, if at all possible. ALERTS: 1) The general meeting will begin at 6:00 as usual, but will be held at a different location: The Ramada Tampa Westshore Inn and Conference Center, 1200 North Westshore Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33607. 2) The luncheon will be held at the usual location (Landers Steakhouse), but will begin at 10:00 to allow time to adequately cover the presentation. It will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at the usual time, but the longer session will allow full coverage of the important topic of how to get your real estate web site up and running.
